Due to the limited nature of each drop and small-batch production, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

DEFECTS & ISSUES  

Each 2000GRAMS piece is inspected prior to shipment.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@2000grms.com with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will be reviewed individually and may be eligible for repair or replacement, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
